A ring blower, also known as a side Channel Blower or regenerative blower, is a type of air handling equipment. In fish farming, ring blower is mainly used for aeration to increase the dissolved oxygen content in the water. Here's how to use it:

Equipment Selection
- Power: Select a ring blower with appropriate power based on the size of the fish pond and the density of fish. For example, a 3-5 kw blower is suitable for a 3333-6666 square meters fish pond with a medium fish density.
- Flow and Pressure: Choose a blower that can provide a flow rate of 5-10 cubic meters per minute and a pressure of 30-50 kpa to ensure sufficient oxygen supply.

Installation
- Location: Place the ring blower on a flat and dry ground near the fish pond, away from the water to prevent water ingress. Secure it firmly to reduce vibration and noise.
- Pipeline Connection: Connect the blower's air outlet to an air distribution pipe using airtight hoses or pipes. The air distribution pipe should be laid at the bottom of the fish pond and equipped with evenly distributed air diffusers.

Operation and Maintenance
- Startup: Before starting, check the power supply, connections and lubrication. Start the blower according to the operating instructions and gradually adjust the air volume and pressure to the appropriate range.

- Operation Monitoring: Regularly check the blower's operating status, including temperature, noise and vibration. Monitor the dissolved oxygen content in the water with a dissolved oxygen meter and adjust the aeration volume as needed.

- Maintenance: Perform regular maintenance, including cleaning the air filter, checking the tightness of components and replacing worn parts. Lubricate the bearings and other moving parts regularly.
